These guys were great!!! Del, the shop Manager/Owner was able to get me in to replace a bulb on one of my headlights on my Jeep Cherokee on a busy morning right after a windstorm, when most of Kirkland was out of power. I was able to work in the waiting room with great WIFI service while I was waiting, and he did not even charge me for the bulb. I recommend this automotive shop to anyone, and I will definitely come back for any future automotive needs I may have.

I had a flat tire this morning, after low tire pressure warnings last night. It was very low, but I made it to a gas station and then to Eastside. Warning lights on the dash, I had no appointment and was in need of help. The crew was so nice, they fixed the flat and got rid of the stress, they made my day. You guys are amazing! See you soon.

Best in class service and at reasonable pricing. From Front office to technicians all are very cooperative and friendly and listen to your request and help to solve them. Be it preventive maintenance, tire replacement and repairing, brake pad change, etc.. Eastside Automotive is the best for your vehicle. Thanks for the help you provided during emergency situation like flat tire.

Eastside Automotive went out of their way yesterday to help me get my gear shift to work. I had to have my car towed there and they were able to do an emergency fix that got me on my way. They couldn't have been more responsive and professional. I look forward to having them diagnose the problem in the future, in addition to our other automotive needs. Since our trusted mechanic retired, we have been looking for a place like this.
